**Team/Role Overview:**
The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner is a senior level position responsible for leading the delivery of day-to-day HR support within **Finance Department** in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi **globally.**
**What you’ll do**
+ Partner with senior leaders to implement business strategy and build organizational and leadership capability
+ Coordinate and ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of global HR priorities and life cycle processes
+ Act as a key advisor to senior managers with global populations on all HR related issues. Tailor and execute fully all aspects of the People Agenda.
+ Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers as well as identify issues and recommend solutions
+ Coach seniors leaders on how to improve their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance and embrace diversity
+ Partner with leaders to interpret employee engagement metrics to inform the development and implementation of appropriate employee engagement strategy, initiatives and communications.
+ Partner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessed
+ Partner with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutions
+ Coordinate and consult with country HR partners to deliver business activities
+ Coach and support the development of new or less experienced team members
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
**What we’ll need from you**
+ Working knowledge of HR functions
+ At least 6-7 years of experience in a HR Generalist/HR Business Partner role, as well as the ability to partner with senior levels in the organisation.
+ Experience of initiating and managing change programs including job eliminations
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate credibly with all levels in the organisation
+ Demonstrable problem solving skills and solutions focused
+ High tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going change
+ Resilient under pressure and self-motivated in a fast paced and demanding environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
+ Fluent English
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
