Kforce has a client that is seeking an HR Business Partner in Baltimore, MD. Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic liaison between the HR department and business units. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting leadership on organizational effectiveness, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and development. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals * HR Business Partner will provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning * Advise managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws and company policies * Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions and improve HR processes * Lead or support initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), employee engagement, and culture * Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (e.g., compensation, benefits, learning & development) to deliver integrated solutions * As a HR Business Partner, you will support change management efforts and organizational development initiatives * Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization
