Your role
We are looking for a Temporary HR Business Partner to support our Finance, Marketing and HR functions across the EMENA region. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a minimum of six months, partnering with senior leaders to deliver inclusive and people-centred initiatives.
You will play a key role in driving organisational effectiveness, shaping our talent agenda, and supporting a culture of equity, inclusion and performance.
What you’ll do
Partner with functional and regional leaders to align people strategies with business needs
Lead initiatives in organisational design, change management and team development
Collaborate with Centres of Excellence in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Reward
Provide coaching and advice on leadership, performance and employee relations
Use data and insights to inform decision-making and evaluate impact
Ensure HR policies and practices are fair, inclusive and compliant
What you bring
At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international or regional environment
Strong communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
A strategic thinker who is hands-on and pragmatic in execution
Experience managing change, transformation and organisational development
Fluency in English; additional EMENA languages are an advantage
Based within EMENA and open to occasional travel
