Mission of the Role: To act as a trusted HR partner to the business, aligning people strategy with business goals and enabling performance, engagement, and development within a culture of high-performance, innovation and resilience.
Key Objectives of this Role:
Execute HR strategies aligned to business needs with a full understanding of the relevant function or discipline; Act as a culture and engagement coach to help leaders build high-performing teams; Serve as a talent management advisor, driving global HR strategies and talent reviews, and supporting exceptional employee performance; Define and implement retention strategies that meet the needs of the assigned business area; Serve as a trusted ethics and labor relations advisor, ensuring compliance and employee trust.
Key Performance Indicators:
Achievement of strategic business and HR alignment goals; Retention of top talent and reduction of regrettable turnover; Manager satisfaction with HRBP partnership; Timely and effective implementation of talent processes; Successful navigation and resolution of employee relations matters; Increased employee engagement and alignment with Visteon values.

Establish strong, collaborative relationships with key business leaders; Successfully execute talent review and performance management cycles; Deliver impactful engagement initiatives within the assigned organization; Identify and address critical talent gaps through targeted development and acquisition; Lead or support change initiatives, demonstrating resilience and adaptability; Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools, grounded in data and feedback.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Previous experience as Business partner, preferably within multinational company; Relevant higher education; Fluent English; Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR core processes; Experience in working with matrix organizations; Knowledge regarding legal regulations; Ability to lead from the front, inspire change, support to build strong teams, critical thinker; Data driven.
