Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HR Business Partner to join our team! The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a partner to the KSIA program leadership team, providing HR expertise and guidance to support the achievement of project objectives. The HRBP will be responsible for implementing HR polocies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies within the airport project
What You'll Be Doing:
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
Talent Management: Partner with project and operations teams to delivery internal recruitment & redeployment efforts including, probationary reviews, performance management activities.
Project Onboarding: Lead and manage the program onboarding process for all internal and external employees and new joiners, ensuring that all necessary HR procedures, employment documentation, and training are completed efficiently and effectively.
Induction Program: Develop and implement comprehensive induction program for new employees and staff to ensure they are well-integrated into the organization and project and ensure they understand their roles, responsibilities, and company culture.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct audits and provide training to maintain adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making. Prepare reports on HR activities and outcomes for program leadership.
Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives within the program, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformation.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
Compensation and Benefits: Drawing from the corporate office, drive parity of compensation and benefits for internal transfers, ensuring competitive and equitable practices within the program.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the program.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a construction or similar industry.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with HRIS and other HR software systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
