**What You Can Expect**
The HR Business Partner will play an integral role in overseeing delivery of HR partnering activity with HR and business change programmes within Zimmer Biomet, focused on our Commercial CEE Region and Marketing.
Working closely with the HR GBS, the role will blend both knowledge of HR process and best practice to drive business improvement across a diverse customer group.
This role is to work in partnership with the Business Directors and his or her teams to ensure that the leadership, organisational structure, working and management practices are at the optimum level to drive and support business performance.
**How You'll Create Impact**
• Provide commercially focused and pragmatic generalist and technical HR expertise to enable the delivery of high and sustained business performance and best practice through targeted HR interventions, including:
- leading and influencing cultural and organisational change
- talent management & recruitment
- employee relations
- reward and recognition
- learning and development
• Coach and support managers to enhance performance.
• Champion the implementation of HR strategy within the context of customer requirements.
• Undertake specific project work to enable implementation of the HR plans, policies and procedures, adding value to the whole business.
• Work with other HR colleagues to ensure that all HR matters are dealt with proactively and timely, and working together to manage key processes such as pay and bonus reviews
• Develop and analyse management information reporting to business managers and HR as needed
• Develop, attend and support interviews and assessment days
• Working with managers and other HR team members to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new recruits
Develop and update the company’s HR policies and procedures.

**Your Background**
• MCIPD qualified with proven operational generalist HR experience operating at a similar level, providing dedicated support to an internal client
• Experience of dealing with cultural integration, harmonisation of terms and conditions of employment and complex organisational change in a commercially focused environment
• Experience of using SuccessFactors and reporting would be advantageous, although not essential
• Polish and English - fluent
**Travel Expectations**
• Has own driving licence and has ability to travel on a regular basis, with some requirement for overnight stays.
