Your Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner for Life Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. Collaborating closely with Solutions Partners, you will leverage our existing solutions portfolio and frameworks, including People Analytics and Organizational Transformation & Change, to enhance our HR initiatives.Training & Consultation: Train, enable, and consult line managers on all HR Portfolio Solutions and tools, ensuring they are equipped to utilize these resources effectively.
Employee-Centric Initiatives: Implement and promote key employee lifecycle topics, focusing on onboarding, engagement, compensation & benefits, people development, and labor & employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture.Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Global Business Partners and Regional HR to translate business requirements into actionable operational plans that align with local labor regulations, ensuring successful local strategy implementationCompliance Management: Ensure legal compliance in all HR matters, managing relationships with work unions and union agreements while facilitating effective communication and negotiation processes.Policy Design & Implementation: Provide direction, support, and consistency in the design, implementation, and practice of HR-related policies. Serve as a subject matter expert in employee relations, collaborating with Legal to monitor compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.

 

Who You Are:

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in relevant theories, principles, and concepts.Proven experience in HR leadership roles within a corporate, multinational environment, demonstrating the ability to manage effectively in a matrix organization.Track record of successfully managing a diverse array of key stakeholders and their expectations, fostering collaboration across functions.Strong project management experience, with the ability to lead initiatives that drive positive change.Extensive experience in leading employee relations and managing work union relations, with a preference for candidates who have worked in Operations, Factory, or Manufacturing settings.Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (business-fluent, spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
