Position Overview:

·        The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a human resources expert who collaborates closely with senior management to create an HR strategy that aligns with the organization's overarching goals.

The HRBP enhances leadership capabilities and identifies alignment opportunities by refining organizational structure, clarifying business needs, and offering coaching and diverse viewpoints. The HRBP works alongside senior leaders to advance leadership development initiatives, talent and performance management programs, and systems that empower organizations to attract, reward, retain, develop, and redeploy high-performing employees.

What will we do together?

Serves as the primary contact for employees and managers within the business unit. Provides HR guidance and support to managers and staff on a variety of strategic and operational HR matters. Advises management and employees on employment law issues. Proactively identifies gaps and recommends changes needed to mitigate risks. Facilitates the management team in finding optimal solutions for employees. Acts as a catalyst for performance improvement and encourages positive changes in people management practices. Offers coaching, influences decision-making, and provides various perspectives to prepare leaders for challenging conversations. Assists in developing workforce planning processes. Identifies talent and capability gaps along with potential solutions. Responsible for communicating and ensuring the high quality of annual company processes, including performance evaluations, succession planning, employee engagement surveys, and annual salary reviews. Collaborates with Centers of Expertise in Recruitment, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Learning & Development.

Who are we looking for?

Over 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or related fields. Proficient in Polish and possesses business-level English, as the work environment is international, and English is used daily (must have). Strong communication, people management, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, coaching, and organizational development. Ability to prioritize based on business needs and HR objectives. Knowledge of HR policies and practices, with proven experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, labor law, HR metrics, and managing an HR organization. Proven track record of partnering with leadership to identify, assess, select, reward, and develop talent to meet present and future needs. Ability to engage effectively with leaders and employees at all levels. Experience in organizations with a matrix reporting structure – preferred. Familiarity with the logistics industry – preferred.
