Purpose of Role: This HRBP role is responsible for the development, management and delivery of high quality, proactive people support to the organisation. Working in partnership with employees, leaders and managers, this role provides the full end-to-end professional HR service, including organisational design, reward and recognition, talent development as well as employment policy and advice.

Strategic Partnership & Influence Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation. Act as a strategic advisor, influencing decision-making and aligning people strategies with business goals. Champion initiatives that support organisational transformation, agility, and long-term growth.Operational Excellence & Change Enablement Deliver a high-impact, end-to-end HR service that is responsive, value-driven, and aligned with business priorities. Lead on employment policy and processes, organisational design and change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change. Collaborate with the wider HR teams to implement consistent, effective solutions that enhance performance and engagement.Talent Development & Future Readiness Drive talent development and succession planning strategies to build a diverse, future-ready leadership pipeline. Partner with managers to embed a culture of continuous feedback and high performance, coaching them to have meaningful performance and development conversations. Support the identification and nurturing of high-potential talent aligned with evolving business needs.Culture, Safety & Wellbeing Leadership Be a visible advocate for Weir’s inclusive, values-led culture. Lead and support initiatives that embed cultural transformation and employee wellbeing as core business priorities. Demonstrate unwavering commitment to our “zero harm” safety culture, ensuring that people and safety remain at the heart of every decision.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a HR Business Partner within a large multinational company, ideally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills in Spanish, French, Polish, or Italian highly desirable to support across our functions.Proficiency in Workday is highly desired, with the ability to leverage HR systems for data-driven decision-making and process optimisation.<Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship.>
