Site-based: 5 days a week (Occasional work from home)
We work a 37.5 hour week over 5 days, the role has a company based bonus of 11.25% in addition that we have many benefits including holiday purchase scheme, a good pension scheme and many discounts through our partnerships

\nWHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
\nAs part of your normal duties, you will support a fantastic team of colleagues – Circa 500
\n\nSupport with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites.\nSupport the ER agenda and lead/support relationships and key processes with unions at sites.\nDeploy the Business HR Priorities, as directed e.g. labour flexibility, OMS, LPMC, payroll optimisation, and T&C's standardisation.\nProvide HR support to start-ups and business wins, losses and transfers.\nEnsure employee performance management (sickness, discipline, grievance) is robustly supported.\nSupport managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs, agency and identifying future talent requirements.\nAct as an advisor to managers to support compliance with HR policies.\n\nWHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
