This position reports to
HR Business Partner
Your role and responsibilities• Understands and contributes to the overall business and people strategy.• Takes accountability for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.• Determines and delivers the best approach in the area of responsibility and executes the HR priorities while adding value to the business.• Ensures effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.• Facilitates the change management initiatives and drives behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.• Supports the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor degree or above More than 5 years of work experience as HRBP Good experience in MNC Strong communication skill Fluent in English
