The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in driving organizational performance through people. Acting as a strategic consultant and advisor, the HRBP provides HR expertise in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. This role supports leaders in driving a high-performance culture and delivering business outcomes through effective people practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand short- and long-term strategic goals and align HR initiatives accordingly. Provide guidance and coaching on organizational structure, workforce planning, change management, and employee development. Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to support talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation, and HR operations. Lead or support performance management processes, leadership capability building, and career development planning. Identify and address people-related risks and opportunities through data-driven insights and regular engagement. Champion diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives across assigned business units. Mediate employee relations matters and ensure resolution aligns with company values and policies. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and business performance. Coach managers on effective people leadership and team dynamics.
