Your role:
Strategic PartnershipAs a Senior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate directly with the Global HR Director to develop comprehensive People Strategies for your assigned business segment. Your strategic focus will include:
Crafting organizational and leadership development initiativesDesigning effective employee attraction and retention programsEnhancing employee engagement and strengthening workplace relationsLeading change management processes during organizational transitionsProviding expert HR guidance to business leaders on geographical footprint, talent initiatives, and workforce developmentEstablishing key performance metrics aligned with global reporting standardsShaping people-focused communications and supporting transformation initiativesGlobal Network DevelopmentYou will build and maintain an influential international network by:
Identifying strategically important regions and geographies for your business segmentCultivating strong relationships with HR partners across global operationsParticipating in global town halls and leadership team meetings to maintain alignment with business strategyDeveloping productive partnerships with global leaders to enhance HR effectivenessProgram Leadership & Market IntelligenceYour leadership responsibilities will include:
Spearheading HR workstreams for projects impacting your business unit or geographyLeading critical HR initiatives at the local level, with potential expansion to regional projectsDeveloping sophisticated market awareness, including competitive intelligence on industry peers and their people strategiesActively participating in HR and business associations to maintain a robust professional networkMonitoring market trends at the regional level to inform strategic decision-makingYour Background:
Experience in HR Leader or Business Partner positions or proven experience in at least 3 HR Focus Areas:Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Generalist, HR Operations, HRIS, Learning & DevelopmentAbility to execute talent strategies and people agenda for the aligned business unitDeep understanding of business goals and impact on people strategyAbility to drive talent strategies and people agenda for the aligned business unitPractical knowledge of general labor law related matters in different geographies and continents as well as cultural differencesStrong relationship building with key Stakeholders within and outside of primary geographyProven ability to influence without direct authorityExceptional Communication skills and ability to facilitate conflictCreative approach in problem solvingStrong people and business focus, understanding company’s business model and directionAbility to link people cost with business outcomes and financial targetsFluency in EnglishWhy join us?
