Main Responsibilities
Trusted Business Partner:
Understand and contribute to the business strategies in particular function and support the business needs through aligned people priorities, initiatives, solutions and execution
Understands key business performance targets and their related talent implications.
Understands and anticipates the need for change, diagnoses the underlying issues and builds the case for change with stakeholders. Builds frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risks, potential scenarios and options to mitigate etc.
Supports the local leaders in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy
Assists business leaders in providing employees with development opportunities that aligned with current and future business needs
Act as a trusted advisor for business leaders and workforce to enable strong collaboration and drive business performance
Provides expert advice and coaching to business leaders on people management issues; including employee relations matters, grievances handling, talent opportunities and challenges, talent engagement etc.
Partner with location leaders for employee advocacy and create the location level engagement plan.
Enhance cross functional and international collaboration
Facilitates and embeds HR initiatives aligned with the business agenda of local leaders
Partners with Function HRBP and HR COEs to provide support on the design and implementation of new and cyclical programmes at the local level including learning & development, rewards and talent acquisition teams
Acts as a liaison between the local leaders and HR to ensure that HR strategy and services are aligned with internal client needs
Elevate Employee Experience
Improve the day-to-day experience for our people, support employee engagement activities to make AVEVA a great place to work and attract the next generation of talent
Understands and solicits employee opinions and anticipates their needs and concerns
Develops and promotes ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes
HR Expertise
Provides data, insight on employee engagement; guides and supports business leaders on actions required to address gaps to improve the overall engagement.
Build deep legislative, market and HR local knowledge and provide in-country insights on people processes, programs as well as resolve complex employee queries which are escalated by HR Services Team
Be an Enabler: Diagnose, understand root cause and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines and functions to address gaps and enhance performance
Leverage on data analytics: Use data strategically to identify and surface trends to enhance business and organization performance as we make smart and informed decisions

Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
12-15 years of experience in HR with minimum 8 years of experience in HRBP role
Full work rights in India is required
Strong business acumen
Strong influencing and Problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration, interpersonal, communication skills
Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between talent, reward and other HR initiatives and business strategy
Ability to recognize trends and develop recommendations based on data analysis
Ability to engage, inspire and influence people
Effective team player and networker
Knowledge of HR policies, processes and talent management practices
