Please visit our website for more information – https://www.mufgemea.com/mbe **Your impact at MUFG** You will support the delivery of a Acquired Rights Directive (ARD) transfer project across the Netherlands and France. The role will involve managing various tasks associated with the transfer across all HR activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-border transfers of employees, works councils (WCs)excellent communication skills in English and French, and a solid understanding of HR within international matrix organisations. **The role includes the following:** + **Delivery Support** : Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, the HR team and functions/project workstreams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. Act as a central point of contact to facilitate communication and coordination among different stakeholders to ensure HR project delivery. + **Employee Communication** : Assist in scripting discussions with employees and WCs to ensure clear and effective communication. + **ARD Transfer Expertise** : Utilise knowledge of ARD processes, and work closely with WCs during consultations. + **Regulatory Support** : Support with completing HR and people related sections of regulatory approval documentation, and support with regulatory enquiries during submission. + **Legal Documentation** : Collaborate with the Legal team to draft templates, complete letters, job descriptions, contracts and other relevant transfer documentation, and support with WC consultation process. + **Consultation Support** : Take detailed notes during consultation meetings, assist with drafting WC request for advice documentation and support negotiation with WC + **Policy Support** : Lead on policy drafting and alignment based on global/regional policies ensuring global consistency and local compliance. + **Immigration and Right to Work** : Provide support on immigration and right to work matters to the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team. + **Reward and Benefits** : Assist Reward team with benefits transfers, vendor interactions, and pension schemes. Assist with reviewing and aligning salary tables. + **Registrations and Compliance** : Support local registrations in Netherlands and France needed for the smooth transfer of employees. + **Tax and Social Security Matters** : Support on wage tax and social security matters ensuring compliance with local regulations, liaising with third parties as required for technical expertise. + **System Access** : Collaborate with IT to ensure a smooth transition and system access switch over for employees. + **Governance** : Support governance workstream collaborating with Legal and other stakeholders to ensure effective governance processes. + **Issue Resolution** : Identify potential obstacles and work proactively to resolve any issues that may hinder project progress. Escalate more complex issues to the Project Manager as necessary. + **Risk Management** : Ensure the mitigation of project related risks, and support with setting up new HR operational controls for post-transition BAU. + **Compliance and Standards** : Ensure that all project deliverables adhere to organisational standards and compliance requirements. Collaborate with the PMO office to guide the team in following these protocols. + **Reporting** : Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, challenges, and successes to the Project Manager and other stakeholders to maintain transparency and ensure timely decision-making. **In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:** Skills and experience: + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law or a related field + Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR with proven track record of management of employee transfers. + Experience working within international organizations and managing cross-border projects. + **Experience** : Proven track record in managing transfers of employees under ARD/TUPE, mergers, and HR projects, with cross-border WC consultation experience. + **Governance** : Strong expertise in governance within a matrix and international organisation. + **Language Skills** : Fluent in English and French. + **Communication Skills** : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. + **Organisational Skills** : Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. + **Innovative Thinking** : Ability to review market norms and identify gaps or areas for improvement **Personal requirements:** Integrity and Responsibility + Balance Risk with Opportunity + Customer Focus + Demonstrate Global Perspective Professionalism and Teamwork + Drive For Results + Collaborate and Build Partnerships + Communicate Effectively and Professionally Challenge Ourselves To Grow + Influence and Inspire Others + Lead Change & Seek Continuous Improvement + Think Strategically + Manage and Develop Talent **What do we have to offer:** We offer you a role in one of the largest banks of the world in a growing and international environment.
