The opportunity:
Join us as a Business Analyst supporting our Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Uplift initiative. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition at QBE, working across multiple regions to deliver smarter, more efficient, and more human-centred hiring experiences.
Your new role:
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enabling our global TA transformation. You’ll work across diverse workstreams to capture business needs, optimise processes, and support the implementation of new systems and tools. Your insights will help drive data-informed decisions and ensure our solutions are both globally consistent and locally relevant.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional TA leads to understand challenges and opportunities across the hiring lifecycle.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications that support TA systems and process improvements.
Lead workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
Prepare clear, engaging materials, presentations and reports for stakeholders, including executive teams.
Work closely with People, Technology, Procurement, and Finance teams, as well as external vendors.
Confidently support multiple workstreams and initiatives, bringing outside-in thinking and a global perspective to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
About You
You’re a curious, collaborative problem-solver who thrives in complex environments. You bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for improving the candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and are energised by the opportunity to make a global impact.
Experience in HR transformation projects, ideally with exposure to Talent Acquisition.
Proven ability to support or coordinate multi-stream projects in complex environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially in matrixed organisations.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Miro, or similar.
Excellent communication and visual presentation skills.
A tertiary qualification in a related discipline is advantageous.
