Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Benefits Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Chatham, New Jersey. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in HRIS systems and benefits administration to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing HR reporting, compliance, and employee benefits with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
• Generate and analyze HRIS reports, including Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance reporting.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and resolving employee inquiries.
• Utilize Paylocity to manage payroll and benefits-related tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits and HR reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and workflows.
• Provide support for audits and compliance reviews, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Assist employees with benefit-related questions and concerns, providing clear and timely resolutions.
• Monitor benefits trends and recommend updates to policies and programs as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information. Requirements • Proven experience working with HRIS systems and generating detailed reports.
• Proficiency in Paylocity and other HR software tools.
• Strong knowledge of Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with benefits administration, including enrollment and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and team members.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local HR regulations.
