The HR Auditor is responsible for evaluating and ensuring that the organization’s HR practices comply with relevant local laws and client requirements. This role conducts audits and recommends corrective actions to mitigate compliance risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct audits of hiring and HR records to ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for external audits and investigations. Remediate and follow up on potential compliance gaps. Develop audit reports and recommendations to HR and leadership.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or legal Prior experience in HR auditing, HR compliance, or a related function. Attention to detail and strong analytical and investigative skills.Preferred Experience (Optional):
