Support in employee evaluation processes

Active participation in employee surveysPreparation of survey results for further analysisParticipation in feedback workshops

Support in recruitment processes

Creating job advertisements and resume screeningDeveloping an active pool of candidatesConducting interviews and participating in the assessment processProviding feedback to candidatesGathering employment documentationCollaboration with employment agencies and participating in job fairs

QualificationsRecent graduate or last year student of Social Sciences or Faculty of Organizational SciencesBasic Excell skillsProactive and structured workGood organizational skillsExcellent communication skills and teamworkFluency in English
