HR Associate - GBS+

Accountabilities

Plays a key role in enhancing the employee journey by supporting the day-to-day administration of HR processes, that includes the end-to-end recruitment process, analyzing feedback, identifying experience gaps, and supporting initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and satisfaction across the employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations to ensure a seamless and impactful employee experience.

Main Responsibilities

•Responsible for day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs covering several or all of the HR processes.

•Interviews prospective employees and some exempt positions, may be involved in some college and professional recruiting. Refers applicants for particular jobopenings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references and conducts exit interviews.

•Follow up and make sure the success of the onboarding process

•Collect, analyze, and report on employee feedback from surveys, onboarding/offboarding interviews, and engagement platforms.

•Provide information to monitor and evaluate key HR metrics such as retention, onboarding effectiveness, internal mobility, and exit trends.

•Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.

•Support the rollout and continuous improvement of HR service delivery tools, to enhance employee self-service and responsiveness.

•Partner with Talent Development to align employee experience insights with learning, recognition, and career development programs.

•Assist in benchmarking internal engagement and experience data against industry standards to identify areas for improvement.

•Give support on the delivery of dashboards and presentations for HR leadership to providedata-drivendecision-making.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

•1–2 years of experience in HR, generalist Role, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, or administrative support.

•Knowledge with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and HRIS platforms.

•Excellent organizational and time management skills.

•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

•High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

•Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization.

•Proficiency in English and Spanish.

•Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices in Argentina.
