Description We are looking for an HR Associate to join our team on a contract basis in Fullerton, California. In this role, you will support various HR functions, such as staffing, employee relations, training, and compensation, while working closely with management to address routine issues and execute HR initiatives effectively. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities:
• Address routine employee concerns and resolve issues related to employee relations in a thorough and timely manner.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers by interpreting HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Manage recruitment activities, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Implement engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and collaboration within the business unit.
• Support performance management and salary planning by preparing reports and assisting with training initiatives.
• Coordinate and facilitate learning and development programs to promote employee growth.
• Handle confidential employee data and maintain organized records.
• Participate in and contribute to HR-driven projects across business units or corporate HR initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company values, ethics, and policies while fostering a positive workplace culture. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM platforms and SAP systems.
• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 and other management systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with billing functions and claim administration processes.
• Ability to handle complaint resolution and cash activity efficiently.
• Knowledge of Excel VBA for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Prior experience in HR functions within a retail or similar industry environment. TalentMatch®
