Build rapport with each customer. Actively listen to customers’ requests and inquires and resolve them according to the established period. Provide internal customers and applicants’ orientation about ZAP, ZAP Performance, ZAP Finance systems, and Our People processes, and policies related to Talent and Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Benefits and Payroll. Document in detail all interactions with customers. Refer some situations to Human Resources specialized units. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or Psychology. Experience One (1) year of related experience in human resources.
