We’re in urgent need of a full-time temporary HR professional in St. Marys location! If you have payroll experience and strong attention to detail, this could be a great fit for you!

Schedule: 🔸40 hours/week – flexible start and end times (preferred: 7:30–4 or 8–4:30)

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities of an HR admin: 🔸End-to-end payroll processing (calculations, deductions, timesheet reviews, adjustments)🔸Manual time tracking and data entry🔸Updating and maintaining employee records🔸Managing payroll and HR spreadsheets in Excel🔸Supporting various HR-related tasksWhat We’re Looking For in an HR admin:🔸Accurate data entry and strong keyboarding skills🔸Highly organized and detail-oriented🔸Ability to manage workload and consistently meet deadlines🔸Professional and helpful attitude🔸Willingness to learn and adapt

Education: High School

As an HR admin assistant you will need a high school diploma or GED

Experience: 6 months

Related Experience: HR Admin experience, Typing skills, Microsoft, Organization
