Job Description
The individual in this role will be responsible for performing daily HR tasks and assisting with the annual benefit enrollment process.
Responsibilities
+ Support the team with HR functions such as scheduling, onboarding, and benefits administration.
+ Answer employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member for resolution.
+ Handle various projects as assigned.
+ Manage end-to-end HR processes within the HRIS system, including hiring, reassigning supervisors, termination approvals, and compensation changes.
+ Assist with annual benefit enrollment as needed.
+ Address questions related to navigating the Workday system.
+ Enter data related to compensation changes, job changes, new hires, benefit enrollments, and termination approvals into the system.
+ Utilize internal tools and resources effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred (HR, Project Management, HRIS, Business)
+ Experience with HR systems or customer management systems highly preferred
+ 1+ year of HR experience with exposure to benefits and general HR concepts
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Work Environment
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The work hours are flexible, allowing you to establish a set 8.5-hour daily schedule between 7am and 6pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
