Job Title: HR Assistant
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, generating reports, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll information. You will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations by participating in system testing and maintaining effective communication with HR representatives across various sites.

ResponsibilitiesAdd new employee data and update employee records with changes such as promotions and pay changes in SAP.Generate and export reports in SAP to Excel.Communicate with HR at various sites to resolve employee data changes to ensure payroll receives correct information.Generate requisitions via SAP based on requisition request forms.Participate in new Employee Central (HRIS system) testing using test scripts.Essential SkillsProficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Applications.Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SAP.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Effective customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of human resources practices and procedures.Proven track record of maintaining employee confidentiality.Ability to multitask and organize in a fast-paced environment.Prior data entry, payroll, and/or HR Information System experience.Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring the candidate to work in the office three times a week with flexible days. Ideally, in-office days should align with the manager's schedule. The shift will be an 8-hour shift between 8 am and 6 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
