Description We’re currently hiring an HR Assistant to support a busy HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on HR experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit documentation Handle FMLA and other leave-related paperwork Manage filing, scanning, and maintaining employee records in accordance with compliance requirements Assist with workers’ compensation claims and documentation Perform basic payroll processing tasks, such as entering time and ensuring accuracy of hours submitted Provide general support to the HR team and act as a point of contact for employee questions when needed Requirements • Proven experience in Human Resources administration or a related field. • Familiarity with onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes. • Knowledge of payroll systems, particularly ADP, is highly preferred.
