Description We're seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support a contract role lasting 6 to 8 weeks. In this position, you will assist with administrative tasks, data entry, employee onboarding, and offer coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience while developing your skills with tools like Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities: + Assist with creating and managing employee offers. + Maintain, update, and manage records accurately. + Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees, guiding them through the entire process. + Verify new employees' eligibility in compliance with federal requirements. + Utilize Excel for logging and tracking essential HR data (e.g., intermediate skills such as pivot tables, formulas, or basic analytics).
