Responsibilities:
+ Support HR tasks like employee record-keeping, onboarding, and recruitment coordination.
+ Assist with scheduling interviews and answering basic employee inquiries.
+ Help organize events and maintain compliance with HR policies.
+ Provide administrative support for HR projects and operations.
+ Maintain job postings and assist in tracking applicant progress through the hiring process.
+ Assist in coordinating employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
+ 1 –2 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or customer service. An internship in HR or familiarity with HR processes is a strong advantage.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with HR software or HRIS platforms like ADP, Workday, or Paycom is beneficial, though not required.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to employees at all levels.
+ A natural ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
+ Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities. Must be efficient in handling competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
+ A high level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive employee information and company data.
+ A positive, team-oriented attitude combined with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the HR field.
