Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and HRIS data.
+ Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
+ Process employee paperwork, including employment agreements, benefits enrollment forms, and time-off requests, while ensuring records remain compliant.
+ Respond to basic employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits, routing more complex issues to senior HR professionals.
+ Help track and manage compliance paperwork and ensure training certifications are up to date.
+ Coordinate logistics for training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events, maintaining attendance reports as needed.
+ Assist the HR team with audits, reporting, and other projects to streamline processes and improve HR practices.
Requirements
+ 1+ years of experience in an HR or administrative support role (nonprofit experience is a plus).
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
+ Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
