Our client, a dynamic player in the furnishings industry, is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team. As an HR Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: South Gate, CA

Pay Range: $22-$23 per hour

What's the Job?

Assist in managing temporary staff and their onboarding processes. Coordinate communication between temporary employees and management. Maintain accurate records of employee information and attendance. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
