Responsibilities\nAssist in sourcing and attracting talents for various open roles.\nConduct CV sourcing, initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.\nKeep applicant tracking system updated and organized.\nOrganize and coordinate employer branding events, job fairs, Management Trainee program.\nPrepare and support the onboarding experience for new hires.\nDesign communication materials (banners, presentations, backdrops, etc.) for employer branding activities and HR projects.\nProvide additional support for talent acquisition & HR tasks.\nSupport company events, employee engagement activities\nOther tasks assigned by line manager\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree\n1+ year of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or other HR functions\nProficient with Canva, video editing tools is an advantage\nFluent in English\nDetail-oriented, can-do attitude, strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.\n
