Are you fluent in Portuguese and excited to help support a global workforce? Join the BYU-Pathway Worldwide Human Resources team as an HR Assistant, where you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while helping support more than 80,000 students around the world.

This part-time role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented student looking to grow their HR skillset in a professional, faith-based work environment. You’ll help drive key HR functions—like recruitment, onboarding, and process improvement—while receiving mentorship and development opportunities. Exceptional performance may lead to continued employment or a full-time internship in the future.

In this role, you’ll also support our efforts in Brazil, helping to screen and onboard graders and instructors serving Portuguese-speaking students. Your language skills and cultural understanding will be key in ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.

Important: To be considered for this position, candidates must be fluent in Portuguese. If you are not fluent in Portuguese, please consider applying for our other HR Assistant position. Candidates must also be currently enrolled in a CES Institution, reside within commuting distance of the Salt Lake City area, be willing to work onsite 2–3 days per week, and have current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
