Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects across the Zone, including Culture and Belonging initiatives, wellbeing, development and talent managementProvide local support to the HR team and colleagues in Italy, supporting with colleague communication, documentation, employer certifications, data analysis and labour relations activities, with potential to take on a client group over timeCollaborate with the HR teams across the Zone to support in communications strategies and embedding competitive and attractive employment practicesConduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for improvements, progressively thinking about insights to provide to the P&C team, and being a trailblazer for the implementation of AIQualifications and Experience
