Are you a data-driven HR professional with a passion for employee relations and analytics? Autodesk is seeking an HR Analytics Specialist to join our Thrive (Employee Relations) team. You will play a crucial role in developing sustainable, scalable, and automated reporting solutions that help us understand and improve employee relations across the organization. Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely analysis of Employee Relations (ER) related data and highlight trendsPartner with the People Insights team in automating ER reports, dashboards, and analyticsDesign, execute, and measure effectiveness of ER programsIdentify ER trends and develop recommendations to support business objectivesSuper User for ER Case Management platformEnsure accuracy of master data and train stakeholders on tools and processesManage data within legal and data privacy frameworksCollate and present data for annual benchmarking, quarterly business reviews, and ad hoc analysisAutomate data analysis to identify and address ER process support programsAssess and understand ER reporting and analytics needsDevelop sustainable, scalable and automated reports, reporting solutions, and processesConduct internal audits for ER complianceDevelop and deliver training programs on ER data and systemsIdentify and lead ER initiatives to mitigate or address ER related issuesExperience with the implementation of Human Resources (HR), preferably ER specific projectsAbility to translate recommendations identified through data analysis into viable projectsMinimum Qualifications
Prior direct experience in HR, preferably with a focus on ERFamiliarity with handling sensitive data and issuesUnderstanding of employment laws and data privacy regulationsStrong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret insightsAbility to challenge the status quo and conduct researchProficiency with detailed analysis for key business projectsStrong focus on data manipulation and interpretationKnowledge of HR information systems (HRIS) and data management toolsExperience with automation tools and processes for data analysisCapability to lead initiatives and drive them to successful completionExcellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholdersAbility to present complex data and insights in clear business termsPreferred Qualifications
Experience in fast-paced environmentsAttention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracyProblem-solving skills to proactively address issues and develop solutionsInterpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with HR teams and stakeholdersPossess a deep respect and passion for protecting people’s data#LI-MB1

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
