HR Analytics Partner
**Title:** HR Analytics Partner **Location:** United States-Illinois-Wood Dale **Job Number:** 17465 We’re looking for an HR Analytics Partner to join our People team and help us turn workforce data into strategic gold. You’ll work closely with HR leaders and business partners to uncover insights, spot trends, and build dashboards that make people say, “Wow, I didn’t know that!” **What you need to be successful in this role:** + Partner with HR and business leaders to identify key workforce questions—and answer them with data. + Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that bring clarity to complex people topics (think turnover, DEI, engagement, hiring trends, and more). + Translate data into stories that drive action—no jargon, just insight. + Support strategic initiatives like workforce planning, talent acquisition analytics, and organizational health metrics. + Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems (HRIS, ATS, surveys, etc.). + Stay curious: explore new tools, techniques, and trends in people analytics. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
