Major Accountabilities:
Develop annual / quarterly training programs based on business needs as well as employee development requirementExecute the training plans to ensure the organizational and employees’ development goals are fully fulfilled as plannedAssist talent manager to carry out talent development programs to build and strengthen company talent poolResponsible for new employee orientation training for both salaried and hourly employees to help new hires quickly adapt to new work environmentOrganize and facilitate other training or people development programs based on business requirementsSupport leaders for development activities and career planning, continuously monitor talents and their development actions.Support Performance management process within the defined scopeSupport Employee engagement surveys – system usage, participation, action plans, communication.Support employees with Workday, Aptiv Academy, Peakon and other tools usage.Administer learning platforms and learning management systemsCoordinate Graduate and Internship ProgramsPrivacy Notice - Active Candidates: https://www.aptiv.com/privacy-notice-active-candidates
