We are building an HR team to support our fast-paced, one-of-a-kind convenience and retail stations. CSI operates 300+ company-owned service stations, with approximately 3,000 employees in California, Washington, and Oregon.
The HR Analyst is a new role in the CSI HR team and is responsible for delivering critical planning and analytics used to drive business decisions and key HR initiatives. The role will streamline HR processes and support HR operations. We are looking for the ultimate solution-oriented professional that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Planning and Analytics **-** Used in strategic decision-making including key project tracking, talent analytics, turnover, and budget planning.
+ Develops fit for purpose benchmarking and necessary tools (and materials) to bring accuracy and visibility to CSI HR reporting and analytics.
+ Supports delivery of key HR metrics, trends and recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
+ Project Tracking and Management– Partners with HR Manager on special projects and execution of HR initiatives.
+ Continuous Improvement – Identifies and coordinates initiatives across the HR team to improve, streamline and optimize HR processes, tools, vendors, and systems.
+ HR Support - Manages day-to-day routine tasks (terminations, disciplinary documentation) and provides back-up support to HR team members.
+ Supports employee engagement initiatives including onboarding.
+ Manages HR communication plans and team’s sharepoint.
+ Serves as point of contact for HR Information System - Supports issue resolution including testing, participates in required system release meetings, and tracks key HR initiatives with an impact on HR systems. Identifies areas of opportunities and collaborates with Product Owner and Data Managers to ensure data quality and integrity.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
+ Demonstrated ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of effectively presenting data insights and collaborating with various stakeholders across diverse groups.
+ High attention to detail, well organized, with ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities and high volume of work.
+ Experience with HR Information Systems (Workday is a plus), reporting and data analysis.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and working knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI, etc.).
**Preferred Qualifications** :
+ Prior experience in HR or support function in a fast-paced, quick-serve business with 200+ locations, or retail industry.
+ Experience building and working with HR analytics and project management.
+ Working knowledge of legal policies & procedures related to employment practices in California, Oregon, and/or Washington.
**Relocation Options:**
Northern CA Location (Preferred Location): Relocation will not be considered. Candidates must reside within 30-mile radius of San Ramon CA and must be able to travel into the office on a regular basis.
Compensation Range:
$75,100.00 - $112,700.00
