To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** Job Responsibilities: + Lead HR AI project end-to-end with a results-driven approach. + Communicate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and pain points. + Design generative AI solutions for HR related business, including technology selection, architecture design, and data processing workflows. + Draft detailed solution documentation, including technical plans, implementation schedules, and cost estimates. + Oversee overall project planning and management, ensuring timely and quality project delivery. + Coordinate internal teams to facilitate smooth and effective testing. + Address various issues during the project to ensure the achievement of project goals. + Provide technical consulting and support to internal users in the field of AI & generative AI, addressing their technical inquiries. + Acting as an AI tech product manager to increase user experience for HR systems and products. Job Requirements: + Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience + At least 5 years of experience in the Generative AI field. Proven track record of launching AI products in enterprise. + Ability to lead complex AI projects with multiple stakeholders, navigating dependencies and driving to successful outcomes. + Wide knowledge of GenAI and RAG strategies, micro services, MCP, A2A, recommnedation system and prompt engineering. + Deep understanding of LLM, RAG pipelines, vector databases, orchestration of AI agents. + Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical solutions. + Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization, capable of influencing and engaging diverse audiences. + Deep understanding of the AI market, with the ability to identify industry trends and customer needs. + Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. + Experience in successfully implementing AI application & solution for HR is a plus. **Additional Locations** : * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing） * China * China - Beijing * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing）
