The role:

As a HR Advisor - USA Team, you will help drive our goals by:

Partnering with BPO, HRBPs, and Centres of Expertise to ensure consistent and effective administration of HR policies and practices.Acting as the main HR contact for managers, offering guidance on policy interpretation, performance management, training, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.Addressing employee queries and individual issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies while promoting consistent application.Developing and improve HR materials and procedures to support regulatory compliance and enhance overall HR practices.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Demonstrates a basic understanding of HR principles, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.Possesses strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage tasks and support HR inquiries.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to handle day-to-day responsibilities efficiently.Familiarity with basic employment laws is a plus, and a high level of verbal and written business English is essential.
