What a typical day looks like:
Making sure the set KPIs and SLAs are adhered daily for all the below LTP (L&T) ProcessesEnd to End Time & Attendance support for the Business segments in IndiaAttendance correction, Leave Management, Shift Management, Over time management for the employeesWeekly / Monthly Attendance Freeze in Time & Attendance HR systemTo Generate Monthly Attendance based inputs and share the details to Payroll SPOCHandling Employee queries and calls related to Time & Attendance.Monthly Metrics PreparationYearly Holiday and Shift Schedule updateMaking sure all the LTP related SNC (Got-it) cases are addressed with utmost care and responsibility and ensure to deliver resolution on a timely manner as per the set SLAsMaking sure SOPs and SLAs maintained are compliant as per QMS standardsShould be open for any shiftsHR OperationsPayrollHR ComplianceEmployee engagement and Stakeholder managementThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:
