Salary: £32,000- £35,000

You'll report to the Head of HR and be the go-to person for HR advice and support for our Registered Managers, Head Teachers, and Department Leads.
You'll also get involved in - and sometimes lead - HR projects that help improve the way we work. Keeping our systems and records up to date will be key, making sure everyone can access their benefits and training when they need to.
Part of the role includes staying on top of HR best practice and sharing what you learn across the team. You'll also visit sites to check that our HR records are in line with the latest rules for homes, education etc.
We're looking for a confident and organised HR Advisor to support recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and general HR operations.
Key duties include:
Supporting recruitment from advertising to onboarding
Ensuring safer recruitment and pre-employment checks
Maintaining HR systems and payroll data
Supporting managers with HR queries and processes
Handling training admin, Occupational Health referrals, and employee benefits
Producing reports and supporting data-led decision-making
What you'll bring:
HR experience and strong admin skills
Great communication and attention to detail
Knowledge of safer recruitment and employment law
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) preferred
