Role Overview
The HR Advisor is responsible for supporting execution of core employee human resource processes, along with supporting management of company and government mandated benefits.
Role Responsibilities
Support the execution of core HR processes in supporting employee lifecycle including annual compensation cycle and annual performance reviews.
Coordinate with all government-mandated benefits administration and maintain compliance with all relevant agencies, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Act as the point of contact for employees regarding their benefits, handling queries and assisting with claims.
Manage employee engagement and employee relations as required in partnership with HR BP
Manage onboarding of new employees, including distribution of welcome packs, site and function introductions and welcome emails.
Manage offboarding processes, including termination letter, accrued annual leave, calculation, tax clearance and exit interviews.
Prepare monthly/ad-hoc reporting and fulfil all statutory reporting requirements
Provide support for HR-driven projects and programmes, including implementation in Philippines Centre.

Experience / Competences
Essential
Previous experience in HR including maintenance of employee files and data
Skilled in Microsoft applications Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)
Maintain a sound knowledge of Philippines employment registrations, good knowledge of application of work passes for expatriates
Assertive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as great sense of ownership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired
Experience using an HRIS, preferably WorkDay
