How You'll Create Impact Stay up to date with changes in employment law and advise the organisation on necessary adjustmentsLead cross-country HR projects, partnering with leaders to align initiatives with business needs as well as regional or functional HR Business Partners Prepare reports, presentations, business communications, and data summaries as neededProvide advice on compensation and benefits (C&B), including retention bonuses, and collaborate with finance for budget alignmentAdvise leaders on employment relations, policies, terms of employment, and compliance with labor lawsServe as a liaison for the Works Council, supporting negotiations and updates to the Employee Handbook in collaboration with HRBP/HR DirectorAddress complex employee inquiries related to benefits, retirement, and compensationOversee HR projects, ensuring effective communication, meeting facilitation, progress tracking, and reportingCoach and mentor HR teams and business leaders on HR processes and best practicesSupport HRBPs with talent management initiatives as neededAdvise on long-term sickness and accident-related absences, ensuring compliance with legal and company policiesAct as the primary contact for audit-related HR inquiriesAct as actions under the HR Shared Services Specialist and HR Shared Services Support role if requiredWhat Makes You Stand Out Proven experience advising managers on HR policies, employee relations, and workforce planningIn-depth knowledge of labor law, social security, and personal income tax for the assigned country/client group, with familiarity in EU data privacy regulationsKnowledge of multi-country employment laws and regulations is an advantageExperienced in applying HR principles, theories, and best practices to support business and employee needsHands-on experience in leading or supporting change management and organizational development projects to drive business transformationCustomer Focus and the ability to build strong partnerships with leadersStrong Communication & Influencing Skills; Engages effectively with employees and leadersAdaptability to navigate ambiguity and finds creative solutionsHigh Integrity & Confidentiality;Change Management Expertise to guide teams through organizational transformationYour Background Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, labor relations, business administration or related field3 to 5 years’ of HR experience, including advisory, business partnering, or specialist HR rolesProficiency in MS OfficeFluency in English (both spoken and written)Experience with HCM systemTicketing system knowledge will be an assetTravel ExpectationsUp to 20%
