We’re looking for a dynamic HR Advisor to join our New Zealand team. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to leaders across the business, delivering expert advice and driving people initiatives that align with our strategic goals. **Te āheinga - The opportunity:** + Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across the NZ business. + Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance. + Support the NZ People Lead to development and implementation of people strategies and policies. + Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruitment, and training initiatives. + Contribute to national and Pacific-wide People projects and programs. + Support the delivery of training and development sessions for managers and employees. + Evaluate and enhance People programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness. **Mo koe - About you:** + Qualifications in Human Resource Management and minimum 3 years HR experience. + Proven experience providing expert HR advice to senior leaders, with strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices. + Solid understanding of employment relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance. + Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation. + A strategic thinker, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in interest in data and analytics + Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. **He aha kei roto mo koe?
