Apply now for the position of HR Advisor in Egypt, and you will directly report to the HR Country Head providing advice, guidance, and assistance to employees and management on various HR matters, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Your role:

You will act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on performance management, development, employee relations, and policy interpretation. You will manage employee relations cases, conduct investigations, resolve conflicts, and support fair and consistent disciplinary and grievance processes. You will develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. You will support performance and development programs by guiding goal setting, evaluations, and learning initiatives through internal or external resources. You will coordinate with HR Shared Services on contracts, employee records, HR systems, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. You will analyze employee engagement data, support recognition programs, and advise managers on culture and retention initiatives.

Your expertise:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Initial HR experience in a multinational environment, with a track record of supporting managers and employees. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with empathy and emotional intelligence. Understanding of Egyptian employment laws and ability to apply them in practical scenarios. Proficiency in Arabic and English, digitally fluent, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
