HR Advisor 12 Month FTC
Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by providing day-to-day HR support, with a focus on employee relations case management, while also partnering directly with managers and teams across the company.

What you'll needStrong experience in employee relations casework, including investigations and resolutionSolid knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practiceExcellent communication, coaching, and influencing skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience using HR systemsCIPD Associate membership (Level 5 qualification or working towards desirable)Experience in an operational HR environment (preferred)
