Our client has an immediate need for a temporary HR Advisor to start supporting their team. Join this busy and dynamic group and provide much needed project support for 6 months, or possibly longer!

Responsibilities:

Respond to HR-related questions with resources, relevant information, and practical guidance.Assist with reviewing, developing, and maintaining website content.Research and analyze trends in inquiries and member interest for resource development.Communicate with members over a variety of media, while balancing priorities.Act as an expert by drawing on experience and providing support through additional tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

7+ years of progressive and hands-on HR experience in all areas are required.A bachelor's degree is required.A SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is required.Experience in varying industries and both domestic and international HR is highly preferred.Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with the ability to understand and utilize multiple systems.

About the Position:
