HR Administrator SME

People and Culture Operations & Advisory is an internal global shared services organisation, responsible for delivering centralised and standardised People and Culture Operations & Advisory for bp from several geographical delivery centres as appropriate for bp’s footprint.  People and Culture Operations & Advisory are the first point of contact for People and Culture related matters; the team are policy and process experts, dedicated to delivering the best customer experience. 

In this role You will:

Ensure professional coordination in HR Administration area, provide professional support for the HR Administrators, participate in the daily operation and provide full support in the absence of colleaguesParticipate in end-to-end new joiner processManage occupational medical check-up, private healthcare services, vendorsParticipate in monthly payroll closingBe in charge of the work time management systemHandle end-to-end process of Internal Moves and other contract modification casesAnswer employees’ questions, giving full scope advice in HR Administration related queriesTrack legislations, consistently assess and review the existing systems’ performance, identify gaps and recommend enhancements as requiredParticipate and represent the HR Operations Team in relevant HR projectsEstablish effective relationships with internal and external collaborators; provide support, giving labour law related advice to the employees and managers regarding HR administration topics

What You will need to be successful:

3+ years of experience in HR administration and/or payroll field preferably in BSC / SSC or FMCG environmentAbility to seek out and understand relevant legal regulations (labour law)Digital literacy (MS office, preferable in Excel)Solid understanding of HR processes and ticketing systemsCustomer focused approach with outstanding communication skillsExperience Salesforce and Workday is good to haveGood problem-solving skillsGood time management skills, ability to keep tight deadlinesContinues improvement approach
