HR Administrator

We are searching for a new colleague in our HR team in Pančevo!

 

Your tasks and responsibilities as HR Administrator:

Provide independent support to employees and HR team by performing a variety of administrative duties Work on various HR specific topics in collaboration with the wider HR team Creating company policies and ensuring legal compliance Creating ad hoc reports Prepare and support a broad variety of HR activities (i.e. contracts signing, on-boarding) Maintain employee personal files through data base, archive and internal system Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries Assisting the payroll team by ensuring the employee data provided is accurate and compliant Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses Handle task-related internal and external correspondence

 

Your profile as HR Administrator:

University Degree in Law, Business Administration or comparable qualification with relevant work experience (ideally: 3+ years of experience) Strong knowledge of the Serbian labor law is a must Experience with HR software, ideally SAP and ServiceNow Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office – MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint Self-motivated personality with excellent time management and organizational skills Social competence and high level of empathy with good communication skills Fluent English language skills
