Summary of Position Purpose:
To support the HR team in the efficient and effective provision of HR servicesTo undertake all HR administrationTo provide cover for the HR AdvisorTo contribute to HR meetingsTo assist the HR team in achieving the Company’s objectivesPrimary Responsibilities:
Update the HR master spreadsheet to show starters, leavers and data changesEnsure return to work forms are completed correctly, processed and escalated if requiredUpdate the HR system (Workday and i-Time)Monitor and respond to the HR vacancies inboxMonitor and manage the Holiday inbox, undertaking all associated adminSupport the recruitment process, in particular blue collar agency workersUpdate the Operations headcount spreadsheetPrepare absence statsMonitor agency workers and provide data to support decisions on permanent ContractsPrepare Contracts of Employment and create personnel filesAdminister Donaldson e-learningSet up new starters on HR system (Workday and i-Time)Collate training matrixes throughout CompanyUpdate organisation charts, including photos of new startersAdminister probationary reviewsTake accurate notes at meetings, including disciplinary, absence and grievances, ensuring all statements are read and signedProvide cover for the HR AdvisorEnsure all HR administration is undertaken in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, continuously seeking ways to make improvementsLiaise with the finance team to provide accurate and up-to-date information on employeesKeep up-to-date with legislation and statutory requirements, suggesting changes to HR policies and proceduresSupport the development and maintenance of a culture of positive employee relationsPerson Specification:
